Bank Transfers

All payments are made in Rwandan Francs (RWF). Orders are only confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

We offer delivery service within Rwanda or store pickup, depending on your location. Delivery fees and timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation but may vary based on external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
